Below is a list of the most frequently asked pest and termite questions:

HOW SAFE ARE THE PRODUCTS?

All products used are registered by the NRA and are of extremely low toxicity and irritancy. Usually only baits are applied in kitchen cupboards eliminating any possibility of contamination of food, crockery etc. A notice of the products used is always provided to the customer.

HOW EFFECTIVE AND LONG-LASTING ARE THE PRODUCTS?

Products are used at label directions to provide long-term control. Also, we are experienced in finding the cracks and crevices that pests hide in.

WHY ARE SOME PEST CONTROL COMPANIES REALLY CHEAP AND OTHERS MORE EXPENSIVE?

There are a range of factors that decide pricing and some of them are really important to be aware of. Some operators may cut corners when they offer a low price, for instance they may spray within the roof or wall cavities meaning the pests will quickly return. DO THE PRODUCTS SMELL?

Our products have very little or no odour.

WILL OUR PETS BE SAFE?

The products are of low toxicity for pets, however, aquarium fish should be covered during treatment as they can be susceptible to the products that pest controllers use.

I THINK I MAY HAVE TERMITES OR WHITE ANTS. WHAT DO I DO ABOUT TERMITES (WHITE ANTS)?

Termites should only be treated by experienced operators who are able to use numerous methods of control. We realise that termites can be complicated and that people may not fully understand what is involved in dealing with them and we are always happy to spend time explaining.
